Choosing glasses online can be a difficult process, we're here to help!
If you are in our service area in Northeast Ohio, we provide professional help with frame selection. We also take measurements and deliver your order. Our fitting service ensures you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are outside our service area, you can find your frame size by looking inside the arm. You will see measurements like 54/18/145. The first number (54) is the size of one lens. You can compare this to the products on our website.
We also have one on one consultation if you'd like to chat on how to make sure the glasses are a great fit.
We recommend having a professional complete your measurements by a licensed optician, this ensures accuracy and reduces issues with your vision. However, we understand some offices that perform eye exams are hesitant to give out this information. If you are in the Northeast Ohio area we offer professional measurements even if you don't purchase from us.
There are other resources you can use. For example, check out this article from 20/20 magazine. It talks about measuring your pupil distance at home, but this is not recommended.

If there is an error in your order due to an entry mistake, we have a one-time remake policy within the first 30 days of your order. However, keep in mind, this may include a return shipping cost for order errors.
Due to the customized nature of prescription glasses, returns are only offered on non-prescription eyewear and accessories sold through our site that are returned in their original condition and packaging. You can exchange your frame and have lens remade one-time as part of our 30 day remake policy.
There is no restocking fee for returns. A fee may be charged if the item is returned damaged or not in the original condition or packaging.
We are dedicated to giving you the best lens materials and coatings. Our lab is fully certified and follows strict ANSI and quality control standards.
We check in every order personally to ensure accuracy. Our anti-reflective coatings include enhanced durability from scratching and are covered by a 1 year scratch warranty.
Yes, even if you don't purchase our anti-glare coatings (highly recommended), our lens are at minimum front side hard coated to protect your lens from scratching.
Yes, all lenses will include UV protection at no extra cost. Anti-glare coatings are available for an additional fee during checkout.
Absolutely! We have frame designs for every face shape. One tip, contrast your frame style with your face shape. For example, for angular features, choose a round frame to contrast or for softer features, choose a bold angular look to stand out.
Currently all frames we carry are suitable for prescription lenses.
We do not currently have a kids line available for in person showings, however, we have access to several frame makers and can provide a catalog at request with many different kids styles. We do carry a specialty line of eyewear designed for kids and adults with Down Syndrome.
Due to the custom nature of ordering prescription lens, we ask for approximately 2 weeks turnaround time, however, most orders are completed much sooner.
Orders are processed within a few hours of being placed to our lab and shipped to the lab for lens installation the next day.

We do not accept in-network benefits. However, you may be able to get reimbursed through your out-of-network benefits. These forms are typically provided through your insurance website. With this is mind, we cannot guarantee reimbursement from any out of network insurance provider.
You should be able to use an HSA or FSA to purchase glasses, but you'll want to contact your provider to ensure if we can accept payment.
Absolutely! We sell both prescription and non-prescription sunglasses in our online store from affordable to high end sunglasses. We also have Wiley X safety sunglasses for home showings in Northeast Ohio.
We have endless amounts of tints and customization options through our fully independent lab, Cherry Optical, however, many of these options are not a available online. We ask you contact us to schedule a 1 on 1 consult to go over your needs and what we can offer.
To keep your lens clean and scratch-free, always use a clean microfiber cloth. Do not use a t-shirt, paper towel, tissue paper, or any other material. Make sure the microfiber cloth has not been put through the laundry with detergent. Always use a lens cleaner spray and do not wipe the lens when dry. For very dirty glasses, run them under room temperature water. Use just a small amount of Dawn dish soap (no other soap).
Please keep your glasses in their case to keep them secure and free of damage.
Sure, if you feel comfortable and can see well enough without your glasses, any repair kit should have a small screwdriver to help tighten a loose screw. For more intensive repairs, please contact us for service.
If your prescription changes within the first 30 days of ordering, we have a one-time remake policy at no cost.
We do not accept returns on custom prescription lenses. However, we will remake them within 30 days of delivery.
