Replace Lenses in Your Frames Online

Once your order is placed our system begins scheduling immediately. Most orders complete in approximately 2 weeks depending on lens type and complexity. We'll keep you updated throughout.

We are currently out-of-network for vision insurance. Contact your provider to check reimbursement eligibility — we can provide a detailed invoice with the appropriate V-codes and NPI number upon request.

Lens Revival — Return & Remake Policy
Custom prescription lenses are manufactured specifically for your eyes, your frame, and your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns on completed lens orders. This is standard practice across the optical industry and reflects the reality that custom lenses cannot be restocked or resold. What we offer instead is better than a return policy.
Our Remake Guarantee
If your lenses arrive and something is wrong on our end — incorrect prescription, wrong lens option, coating defect, or lab error — we will remake them at no charge. No argument, no runaround. Just send them back and we'll make it right.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you're entitled to one courtesy remake. If you want to change a tint, try a different progressive design, or adjust based on a new prescription from your eye doctor, we'll cover it once. This is our way of making sure you actually love wearing your lenses, not just tolerating them. The courtesy remake applies to lens options and Rx changes only, and is based on your original submitted prescription as the baseline.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
