WHAT’S COVERED

  • Manufacturing defects (frames or lenses)
  • Workmanship issues (loose hinges, delamination, peeling coatings)
  • Prescription changes within 60 days (lens redo)

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

  • Loss, theft, or accidental damage (e.g. sat on, chewed, etc.)
  • Severe misuse, chemical or heat damage
  • Cosmetic wear (fading, minor scuffs)
  • Normal-use wear & tear (see Additional Coverage Sectcion)
  • Vintage or pre-owned frames

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE

Vintage styles and accidental damage are excluded from the guarantee. However, we offer a one-time 50% off replacement option for any incidents with vintage frames or accidental damage.

30-DAY TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

  • If you’re not satisfied with the frame fit, look, or lenses, we’ll help you with a one-time change at no cost within 30 days—no questions asked.
  • You’ll only pay the difference if the new frame costs more.
  • If your lenses need to be remade for the new frame, we’ll cover that one time.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If an exact replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer a similar style of equal value or work with you on an affordable upgrade.
